I love making Gingerbread Houses! Decorating sweets and goodies for Christmas is one of my favorite things about the holidays. I just don’t think I’m built for BUILDING Gingerbread Houses. Notice my face, in the picture here…

Honestly, I put a lot of work into that Denver Nuggets themed Gingerbread House! I know you can’t tell because I ate all the gummy bears in my disgust. But using frosting instead of super glue was my downfall. I just know it. That being said, there are people who know what they’re doing when constructing gingerbread creations. The Palisade Old Fashion Christmas Gingerbread Contest is a good example of that! I love the simple white ones! So classy! But my favorite is the Gingerbread Estate, with the airstream camper. That person knew how to get my vote!
