Did you ever hear “onomatopoeia” and wonder what the heck it is?  Simply put, it’s a word that sounds like what it is, or what it’s describing. Boom. Bang. Crash.

So, why onomatopoeia now?  Think School District 51 illness.  Think norovirus. Think symptoms. Think vomit.  I never liked that word because it sounds like what it is.  I prefer throw-up.  I don’t want to throw up, I prefer the term “throw-up.”  Mostly I just wanted to say that.
